CEO Access Network

Forging relationships between Chamber member companies and disability-, LGBTQ-, minority-, veteran-, and women-owned enterprises
CEO pairings since the program’s inception in 2010

CEO Access Network, a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program of the Chamber, matches C-suite, established executives from Chamber member companies with small business owners from underrepresented populations in the Greater Philadelphia business community* in order to drive business and create economic opportunity for regional businesses and residents. Partners share advice and counsel, as well as networking and business development opportunities. CEO Access is supported by Comcast Corporation as Title Sponsor and Customers Bank as Co-Sponsor.

Program Structure

CEO Access pairs established c-suite executives from Chamber member companies with small business owners from underrepresented enterprise communities* to share advice and counsel, as well as networking and business development opportunities.

Participants meet collectively three times during the program year to network and discuss their partnerships’ goals, activities, business opportunities, and relevant topics (ex. best practices for business growth).

Established c-suite executives are encouraged to invite their partners to join them at Chamber programs and events outside of the CEO Access gatherings and introduce them to new business and social networks. Participants are encouraged to interact and touch base with one another throughout the program year.

The pairings are expected to last for one program year (September – June), with the hope of establishing economic opportunities for the minority business and an enduring mutually beneficial relationship for the participants moving forward.

* Disability, LGBTQ, minority, veteran, or women
