Talent Action Team
The Talent Action Team is a cross-disciplinary group of 120+ leaders focused on creating clear pathways for the alignment between individuals and employers to assure that we are training and engaging the region’s current and future leaders. The Talent Action Team works to position Greater Philadelphia as a premier talent hub through cultivating innovative cross-sector collaborations. The Talent Action Team’s steering committee is co-chaired by Deanna Byrne, Office Managing Partner, PwC and Daniel K. Fitzpatrick, CFA, President, Citizens Bank PA/NJ/DE/NY.

- Increase connections to the labor market and support for regional networks of learning and doing.
- Advocate for innovative policies to increase accessibility to post-high school training and create a competitive advantage for Greater Philadelphia in the race for talent.
- Support employer needs to enhance connectivity to and engage early- and mid-career employees.
- Tell the story of what makes Greater Philadelphia an attractive place to learn, work, and engage.
