Education & Talent Action Team

The Education & Talent Action Team (ETAT) is a group of 100+ Chamber members focused on creating clear pathways for the alignment between individuals and employers, while also ensuring that we are training and engaging the region’s future leaders. ETAT’s steering committee is co-chaired by Deanna Byrne, Office Managing Partner, PwC and Daniel K. Fitzpatrick, CFA, President, Citizens Bank PA/NJ/DE/NY.

Greater Philadelphia will be a premier talent hub through innovative and cross-sector collaborative partnerships.

ACTION TEAM GOALS

  • Increase connections to the labor market and support for regional networks of learning and doing.
  • Advocate for innovative policies to increase accessibility to post-high school training and create a competitive advantage for Greater Philadelphia in the race for talent.
  • Support employer needs to enhance connectivity to and engage early- and mid-career employees.
  • Tell the story of what makes Greater Philadelphia an attractive place to learn, work and engage.

Support and develop replicable and scalable strategies to secure work experience and/or post-secondary and career exposure for youth and young adults.

The Chamber engages in and supports a number of programs and initiatives designed to support post-secondary success for young people. These programs provide opportunities for the region’s residents to explore career pathways and connects them to individuals who are committed to their success.
