The Chamber positions diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as critical for business maturation and growth. Our DEI initiative seeks to make equity a priority for our region’s business community, in order to drive economic competitiveness by highlighting diverse employee populations and promote inclusive growth throughout Greater Philadelphia.

To help power this mission, the DEI Committee is responsible for providing advice and support for the development and implementation of programs and initiatives, augmenting member retention and recruitment strategies, and providing advice and assistance with respect to the continued evolution of the Chamber’s DEI standards.

We’re excited to welcome new members to the Committee bringing diverse perspectives and expertise.
