What has your experience been as a minority and woman-owned business leader in the design and construction management industry?

(API) is to provide outstanding Architectural Interior Design, Construction Management and Energy Services to Airports, Fortune 500 Companies, Developers and State/Local Government. Through creative innovation, API is focused on quality of products, quantity of service and adherence to customer requirements to ensure attention to detail at every level of service. Alexander Perry Inc., A Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE), has a proven track record over 26 years of experience.
Construction Management projects have included elementary schools in East Falls and Lincoln High School in Philadelphia totaling $97 million. API completed Interior Design for an $80 million-dollar new construction work for Lincoln University and recently completed Lead design work for State of Pennsylvania’s 80 million design project in Harrisburg. Currently contracted to perform Energy Savings Project Management and Commissioning for Siemens Building Technology with the PA Convention Center.
Pat Sanford is a previous cohort member of the Chamber’s CEO Access Network, a program matching C-suite, established executives from Chamber member companies with small business owners from regional disability-, LGBTQ-, minority-, veteran-, and women-owned enterprises in order to drive business and create economic opportunity for regional businesses and residents. We are now accepting minority-owned business applications for the 2020-2021 cohort.
