We understand there may be confusion and a need for clarity in the business community regarding what’s considered a “life-sustaining” business.

The Department of Community and Economic Protection asks businesses with questions as to whether their organization needs to close to contact: ra-dcedcs@pa.gov.

Any business interested in seeking a waiver to the order can reach out to Pennsylvania directly: ra-dcexemption@pa.gov. or call 1-877-PA-HEALTH and select option 1.

We are working with the administration along with the Greater Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce and the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry to seek further clarification and modification of the order and will be providing updates to the business community as we receive them.

Has your business requested a waiver? Please let us know so we can advocate on your behalf. Contact Liz Ferry at lferry@chamberphl.com
