On November 6, 2019 the Chamber released Talent Strategy Solutions to Hire, Upskill, and Retain Employees, a joint publication with the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and Philadelphia Works, at Business Innovations for the Future of Work, a summit that explored what businesses can do to foster a more resilient workforce.
