The following letter was sent by the PHL Neighborhood Growth Project to neighborhood, business, and civic leaders.
City Council will soon be coming back to session, and this year things can be different. City Hall no longer has to be home to a broken and overly complicated bureaucracy. Politicians can add more sunshine to the legislative process rather than passing laws via backroom deals or adding amendments to bills without public input or scrutiny.
We can begin a new era of transparency and accountability in City Hall with increased openness that lets the sun shine in.
We want to know where you stand:
Do you support openness and transparency in City Hall?
Thanks for adding your voice,
PHL Neighborhood Growth Project
