Creating an inclusive environment that engages individuals who are reflective of the full spectrum of our region strengthens our organizations and is key to the success of Greater Philadelphia as a whole. Throughout FY18, the Chamber’s Diversity & Inclusion Initiative has worked to position diversity as an invaluable element to the business community through various programs, events, and thought leadership.

Launched the Diversity & Inclusion Self-Assessment Tool

The Chamber launched the Diversity & Inclusion Self-Assessment Tool to gather best D&I practices from and for our membership. The results will be released this fall and will inform our programmatic work moving forward.
