Diversity leads to innovation in our region’s workforce, workplace, and marketplace.
To drive economic competitiveness for our region, the Chamber has launched the Diversity & Inclusion Self-Assessment Tool to gather data on how our membership supports and drives diversity and inclusion.
In the past, the Chamber launched this self-assessment tool to assess a select number of Greater Philadelphia’s businesses. We have since extended this survey to our full membership in the hopes that we can expand our evaluation of the region’s diversity and inclusion practices.
The Diversity & Inclusion Self-Assessment Tool closes on March 16. We ask all Chamber members to have the appropriate contact (human resources, diversity and inclusion, leadership, etc.) complete the survey to help us aggregate the data effectively.
All individual survey results will remain anonymous. Public results will be released in late 2018/early 2019.
