The Chamber recognizes that diversity is an invaluable element of sustained business maturation and innovation. The Chamber’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives operate in a framework centered on economic competitiveness and based upon three key focus areas the (workforce, workplace, and marketplace), while highlighting diverse employee populations that are historically unrepresented in the region.

With this in mind, the Chamber is excited to present this year’s Diversity & Inclusion series:

CEO Access Network

The purpose of the CEO Access Network (Network) is to create an informal network of relationships between large business CEO’s and minority entrepreneurs in order to drive business and create economic opportunity for urban businesses and residents. The Network is comprised of large-business CEOs who are paired with minority CEOs to share advice and counsel, as well as, networking and business development opportunities. In its fourth year, the Network consists of 14 small business partners, each paired with a large business partner:
