(USF) which provides facilities management and maintenance services.

U.S. Facilities, Inc.

Acquired in 2000, U.S. Facilities, Inc. (USF), is a well-respected facilities maintenance and management company with over 40 years of experience. USF provides professional facilities management and outsourcing services focusing on complex and highly-secure maintenance and management projects.

USF currently manages over 20 million square feet of space across the United States.  USF also manages major infrastructure projects, which include moveable bridges and transportation infrastructure support services for the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Other current and former clients include Philadelphia’s “triplex” of municipal buildings, the Curran-Fromhold/Riverside Correctional Facilities, the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building, which houses offices for the U.S. Supreme Court, along with many Fortune 1000 companies.
