Every year at Christmas, thousands of children in the Delaware Valley go to sleep not knowing whether they will have any presents to wake up to on Christmas morning. Many parents are out of work or struggle to make ends meet, and there is no money for gifts. You can help The Salvation Army make sure the most vulnerable members of our community know they have not been forgotten this season.

Together, we can ensure as many children as possible experience the joy and excitement of the holiday season! Please help us brighten the lives of our neighbors who are struggling by hosting a toy donation drive at your organization.

What is Needed: New, unwrapped toys for children ages infant to 14 years old
Dates: Early/Mid November – December 16, 2013
Details: The Salvation Army will ship you a toy collection box before your collection begins and pick up all donations from your location between December 16 and 18

Last year alone, the Army was assisted by 14,940 volunteers, served 606,579 meals and provided 427,311 nights of shelter, all while ensuring 90 cents of every dollar contributed goes directly to programs and services. We would not be able to do what we do without the kindness and support of community partners like you who share our concern for our neighbors in times of need.
