The Philadelphia Veterans Comfort House is a shelter for homeless US military veterans and vets undergoing serious medical treatment at the local VA hospital. Our 2nd Annual Fall Gala, our premier event of the year, will be aboard the USS Olympia at the Independence Seaport Museum in Philadelphia. It’ll be Friday, October 12, 7:00 -10:00 p.m. and promises to be a wonderful evening of music, cocktails and light dining, as was last year’s event aboard the Battleship New Jersey.
General invitations will be sent out in early August and the price for admission will be $50 a ticket. As a Chamber member, however, you can take advantage of special discounted member pricing before the general invitations are sent out. This individual special ticket price will only be available until 8/12/12.
