Philadelphia City Council begins the 2012 budget season with a series of city-wide Neighborhood Budget Hearings. Anyone wishing to provide testimony on budgetary matters during the first neighborhood hearing may use the contact information in this announcement. Additional neighborhood hearings will be added to the schedule at a later date, and revised schedules will be distributed as these additions, and any other changes are made.
Philadelphia City Council legislative information is now available on the Internet at: http://legislation.phila.gov. This new, fully searchable website contains the latest versions of bills and resolutions for viewing or download, displays complete legislative history for each bill and resolution, and includes information on meetings of Council and its committees (including hearing notices).
