Bill 110557, introduced by Councilman W. Wilson Goode, Jr., amends the Philadelphia 21st Century Minimum Wage and Benefits Standard by requiring employers subject to this chapter of the Philadelphia Code, to provide certain earned sick leave benefits to their employees.
