The Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce’s Political Action Committee, GPCC PennPAC, recently conducted a thorough review process of candidates running in the upcoming City Council primary elections. Much of the progress that the Chamber has experienced over the past few years on tax and regulatory reform has been a direct result of having the ability to work with pro-business legislators and officials at each level of government.
The exhaustive process is detailed in a recent letter that was sent by GPCC PennPAC to all Philadelphia County Chamber members. We would encourage you to consider these suggestions and share with your staff and colleagues.
On April 14th, the GPCC Legislative Committee held a meeting with some of the non-incumbent candidates for Philadelphia City Council who were recommended by its PennPAC.
