Business professionals gathered yesterday at Peirce College to hear from Jim Blasingame, author, international speaker and expert on small business, as he defined the new Age of the Customer and discussed how this marketplace is impacting businesses now and in the future. 

In addition, Blasingame explored various useful practices that businesses can incorporate into their marketing strategy, sales structure and social media plan that will help them stay connected to the customer and succeed in this new age.

This program was the third and final event in the Chamber’s Bloomberg Speaker Series, presented in partnership with Comcast Business Class, Comcast Spotlight and Bloomberg Television.
