The 4th Annual Back on My Feet Philadelphia Bash, presented by Stroehmann Bakeries, is an evening of inspiration, music, dancing, and memories. It is an opportunity to applaud the efforts of our members and supporters, and to celebrate our collective success in growing an organization that is changing lives.

The Bash will take place at the Philadelphia Downtown Marriott on Thursday November 18 from 6:30 – 10:30 p.m. In attendance will be over 400 corporate sponsors, young professionals, members, volunteers, staff and other Back on My Feet supporters from the area. Tickets include dinner, drinks, music, photography by Carol Bates, and a Silent Auction featuring all inclusive vacations, tickets for local events, and more! In addition to words from Back on My Feet’s founder and president, Anne Mahlum, member speeches promise an insightful look into the impact BOMF has made in the lives of everyone involved.

All proceeds from the Bash go towards sustaining the success achieved every day in Philadelphia. Since Back on My Feet began in 2007, BOMF Philadelphia has been a part of the lives of many individuals as they seek to take their next steps forward. Of those members, 48 have moved into stable housing, 63 have enrolled in school and/or job training and 88 have become gainfully employed since running on the team.

Back on My Feet is an extremely comprehensive program that helps the homeless not only build muscles to endure races, but builds muscles of integrity to sustain courageous and bright futures by offering education and job placement.  It is our hope to continue providing our members with the opportunity to get back on their feet, as well as the Philadelphia community with an organization that brings the city together in an unlikely, yet profoundly moving way.
