Nik creates a desire for global brands by drawing consumers into the brand experience and making them a part of the conversation resulting in increases to sales, market share and customer engagement.
Bill Gullan, President, Finch Brands
Bill Gullan is President of Finch Brands. As the company’s lead strategist and one of the premier brand developers in the marketplace, he has been the prime mover in the development of breakthrough strategies for a diverse array of clients. A world-class speaker, writer, and facilitator, Bill’s point of view is highly sought after in the media and academic realms and he frequently serves in adjunct executive positions for our clients. Bill has made appearances on Fox Business, NPR, and in other outlets. He has also guest lectured at a host of leading universities. Across his career, Bill’s work has influenced the business and brand direction of hundreds of organizations including American Express, AT&T, Burlington Coat Factory, Everlast, Fathead, General Mills, Herman Miller, IBM, Joseph Abboud, Kraft, Microsoft, Nutrisystem, the Philadelphia 76ers, Volkswagen, and World Wrestling Entertainment.
He applies marketing and branding creativity repeatedly to enhance global, iconic brands. For example, under Nik’s direction, [ 2 one 5 ] Creative assisted global snowboard giant, Burton Snowboards, increase sales more than 50% by creating desire for their products with a global marketing campaign and new product graphics. Other notable projects include the launch of the first cut and sew line of apparel bearing the [ 2 one 5 ] Creative brand. In 2011, Nikolas's love of watches and editorial design came together as he was appointed Creative Director of iW Magazine, with the [ 2 one 5 ] Creative team handling cover-to-cover design of the publication.
Melissa Johnston, President, Benchworks
As President of Benchworks, Melissa is responsible for overall corporate strategy of the organization. She builds strong relationships with customers, vendors and employees to create communication pathways and enhance performance. Melissa works closely with her team to develop and implement company procedures and policies to improve performance and enhance shareholder value. She is a highly experienced executive with an extensive history in marketing, brand promotion, and product launches and received the PM360 ELITE Award in 2015, an award that highlights people making a significant impact on the healthcare industry. After being promoted to Senior Vice President in 2008, Melissa was elected President of Benchworks in 2014.
Having graduated magna cum laude in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in both business and economics from Washington College and inducted into Sigma Beta Delta, the national honor society in business, Melissa currently enjoys boating on the Sassafras River, watching Porsche Club races, and training her 2 dogs.

Evan Urbania, CEO, ChatterBlast Media
Evan Urbania is CEO and Co-Founder of ChatterBlast Media, a social media marketing and online strategy firm. ChatterBlast serves a range of clients that include Fortune 50 companies, small businesses, non-profit organizations, cultural institutions and government entities. The company is also home to ChatterBlast University, an educational training platform focused on the fast-changing world of social media marketing strategies. ChatterBlast employs 15 professionals and is recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work” by the Philadelphia Business Journal. A graduate of Drexel University, Evan holds a degree in business administration and marketing. In 2013 Evan was recognized as a “40 Under 40” by both the Philadelphia Business Journal and Drexel University Magazine.
