CAI & Specialisterne Collaborate to Employ Individuals with Autism into Technology Jobs at GlaxoSmithKline

CAI, a global IT consulting, outsourcing and systems integration company announced a collaboration under which CAI will train and hire people with autism for technology roles to provide IT services to GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). CAI has a National Founding Partnership with Specialisterne, a leader in mobilizing the talents of people with autism to work in technology-focused jobs. CAI plans to employ over 3% of its consultant workforce with people who have autism in technology roles in software testing, data quality assurance, programming, data mining and data entry, before the end of 015. “Over the past two years we have developed an effective autism employment model with Specialisterne. We are thrilled to now bring this model to provide IT services to GSK’s world-class information technology team,” said Ernie Dianastasis, Managing Director at CAI. Business Analysis: The Works
This multiple-week course gives you the skills and knowledge necessary to conduct business analysis work following the framework set forth by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). You will learn techniques for eliciting requirements from stakeholders, conducting an enterprise analysis, and managing the business analysis tasks effectively within any organization. This course runs in two formats. You pick the one that is best for you: 1) two evenings per week for 7 weeks OR 2) one day per week for 6 weeks. This format allows you to apply what you learn back on the job in between sessions. The integration of learning and real-world application increases retention and reinforces the concepts learned.

This course is eligible for PDU credits.

Course will be delivered at The CAI Centre, 901 North Market Street, Suite 500, Wilmington DE 19801.
