You Got the Job; What's Next?

A free three part workshop series, November 5, November 12 and November 19, to help working women assess career goals, balance priorities, strengthen abilities, advocate and negotiate for themselves.

Presenters include female industry leaders from the Philadelphia area. This series is a unique offering for women who want to build the tool set to move ahead.

Sessions begin with a light supper at 5:30 p.m.

Business Development Specialist (BDS)

The BDS participates in strategic planning, program design as well as creates business plans .

? Externally, collaborates funders of all levels.

? Internally, facilitates and participates in program development teams and program staff; Strong interaction with Board members and Executive Staff.

Candidates must have:
• Outstanding project management skills.
• Excellent research skills • Create government and private proposals
• Proven business skills
• Excellent communication skills.

? Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, research, grant writing, strategic planning and/or business planning.
? Graduate degree required; business degree preferred.
? Excellent communication skills.
? Creative analytical thinker, independent worker, detail oriented and self-starter

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience.

Paid Internship for Jewish High School Juniors
