Mr. Majkut was formerly with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel. In a prior career, he worked with the Department of Human Services assisting developmentally disabled adults and children in New Jersey. His practice focuses on the representation of sellers and buyers, landlords and tenants, developers and investors in various commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Majkut’s practice involves various real estate assets including office buildings, warehouses, retail shopping centers and malls and other commercial and residential properties. Univest To Match Donations to Hurricane Relief Efforts

Univest Corporation has committed to helping with the hurricane relief efforts through the creation of the Univest Disaster Relief Fund. The Fund, set-up through Univest Foundation, will collect donations from members of the community who want to contribute to bringing monetary support to those areas devastated by hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria.

Univest will match donations, dollar-for-dollar, up to $20,000, received through November 30, 2017. All proceeds from the Univest Disaster Relief Fund will be donated to the American Red Cross. Checks should be made payable to Univest Foundation with “Disaster Relief Fund” in the memo line and sent to Univest Foundation, PO Box 197, Souderton, PA 18964.

Nemes appointed director of academic programs for Penn State’s location at The Navy Yard

To support a growing workforce, Penn State will expand its academic reach to South Philadelphia at its facilities at The Navy Yard. James Nemes, chancellor and chief academic officer of Penn State Great Valley School of Graduate Professional Studies in Malvern, will oversee the expansion of academic programming. MarCom Alliance to Lead Panel at Pennsylvania Marketing Summit

Nolan Painting Invests $41,000 To Support the Community in June, July and August as Part of Nolan in the Neighborhood Program

The investment in the community is part of Nolan in the Neighborhood, a community initiative supporting local organizations and events throughout the Main Line and surrounding areas with a total anticipated donation of $1 million over the next decade.
