A Place of Purpose | How Workplace Design Helps Workers Find Meaning

Posted to Event by Ms. Tracie Lear of Gensler at 9:23 AM

As workplace culture and values continue to evolve, the purpose-driven employee has emerged as a model worker who is also highly engaged and unafraid of new approaches. Prevalent in the not-for-profit sector, this profile has become attractive to other organizational structures where values of mission, social cohesion, and engagement might be under-recognized. Exploring how employers can imbue work with meaning, the panel will bring together perspectives from workplace strategy, architecture, and innovation-leading communications and pharmaceuticals companies, while opening up to broader questions of how design can help organizations provide for employee experiences that are enriching, fulfilling, and productive.
