With President & CEO Rob Wonderling, the Executive Team directs the Chamber’s actions on regional economy building, public policy advocacy, and membership services.

Andrea R. Allon

Andrea R. Allon

Andrea Allon is responsible for coordinating essential Chamber activities with a major focus on two important ends: product and service improvements which benefit our membership and financial stability of Chamber operations. Working closely with the Chamber's business unit leaders, Andrea’s responsibilities extend to Member Engagement, Membership Development, Programs and Events, The Arts + Business Council and overall administrative support functions.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Andrea was a Partner of Ernst & Young LLP overseeing audit services provided to public companies primarily in the financial services and technology industries. Andrea spent over 20 years with Ernst & Young in the Philadelphia and New York offices. She is a certified public accountant.

Andrea represents the Chamber on the Boards of the Arts and Business Council of Greater Philadelphia, the Greater Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies, the Thomas Skelton Harrison Foundation and the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation where she serves as Vice Chair and chairs the audit committee.

Andrea earned her MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.


Matt Cabrey

Matt Cabrey

As Executive Director of Select Greater Philadelphia, a Council of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia, Matt leads the region-wide team effort to market our 11-county neighborhood of northern Delaware, southern New Jersey, and southeastern Pennsylvania to a national and international audience as a top-tier place to establish and grow a business. Select collaborates with business and civic leaders, state and county economic development teams, and other partners to help infuse a new economic vibrancy across our community by attracting new businesses that create new jobs.


Tara Orio

Senior Vice President, Membership and Member Engagement

As Senior Vice President, Tara is responsible for the sponsorship budget of $1.9 million for over 150 events annually, as well as membership recruitment and retention efforts with an annual budget of $4.7 million.


Karin Copeland

Executive Director, Arts + Business Council of Greater Philadelphia and Vice President, Member Engagement, The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia

As Executive Director of the Arts + Business Council of Greater Philadelphia and Vice President of Member Engagement for the Chamber, Karin oversees ABC's investor base and advisory board with a focus on earned income and corporate sponsorship. Karin also produces ABC's nationally renowned programs, including Designing Leadership, CreativeXChange, and its Global Thought Leader series.


Liz Ferry

Vice President, State Legislative Affairs

As Vice President of State Legislative Affairs, Liz Ferry serves as the lead business advocate in Harrisburg for the Chamber. In addition, she manages the Chamber's communications and media relations efforts.


Claire Greenwood

Executive Director, CEO Council for Growth and Vice President, Leadership Engagement, Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia

As the Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia’s regional CEO Council for Growth, Claire Greenwood leads the work of nearly 60 business, higher education and civic leaders who commit their time and efforts to enhancing economic growth and prosperity in the tri-state region. Through Ms. Greenwood’s direction these regional leaders actively work to foster regional cooperation, enhance mobility, advance innovation and develop and retain talent in the region, with a focus on growing the energy and manufacturing and health care innovation sectors.

Additionally, in her role as Vice President of Leadership Engagement, Ms. Greenwood is responsible for leading the work of the Chamber’s Action Teams. The Action Teams are industry and subject matter specific initiatives designed to create deep engagement within Chamber member companies. These focused cohorts of outcomes-oriented, industry leaders collaborate on substantive work that directly impacts their businesses and our community.


Dave Hepburn

Controller

As Controller, Dave manages all financial aspects of the Chamber, including: annual budgeting processes, monthly financial reporting, annual audit, investment portfolio, and 401k Plan. Dave supervises the activities of the Chamber’s Finance department staff.


Yvette A. Núñez

Vice President, Civic Affairs

As Vice President for Civic Affairs, Yvette leads the Chamber’s Roadmap for Growth, a multi-year initiative to engage Mayor Jim Kenney and City Council in a shared agenda to promote economic growth and job creation in the City of Philadelphia. The Roadmap for Growth Action Team has more than 140 neighborhood and civic partner organizations. Yvette also oversees all Advocacy efforts concerning the Chamber member interests at City Hall, representing its positions before City Council, the Mayor's Office, and all city agencies.


Jennifer Rodier

Vice President, Member Support Services

The Member Support Services Business Unit includes Membership Administration, Collections, Information Technology and Research Services. The unit is responsible for the processing of member data including dues billings, collection of the renewals for the bulk of the Chamber’s membership, the development, management and support of the Chamber’s CRM and infrastructure as well as gathering, updating and maintaining the research information used by The Chamber and Select Greater Philadelphia.


Antonia Quagliariello Timberg

Vice President, Programs & Events

As Vice President of Programs & Events, Antonia oversees a department which executes over 170 gatherings throughout the year that vary in size and complexities. Antonia ensures a consistent high level of quality and a successful operating budget resulting in a positive image of the Chamber in addition to delivering value to event participants, sponsors and key stakeholders.
